How to open: Ensure your trailer door is not obstructing the way of the awning rails.  Locate the awning switch on your control panelPress and hold down the "extend" button and monitor the awning as it opens.Continue to hold down the button until the awning fully extends and the end flaps drop into a vertical position. Immediately release the button once the awning reaches this position. Prolonged pressing of the extend button will damage the awning.How to close:Ensure your trailer door is not obstructing the way of the awning rails.  Locate the awning switch on your control panelPress and hold down the "retract" button and monitor the awning as it closes.Continue to hold down the button until the awning fully retracts back into it's original position.
