Festival RV Rules You Should Know

Coachella: Coachella's official camping page says there is no RV or motorhome camping, and it does not allow RVs, trailers, motorhomes or vehicles with toilets in car camping. Its parking page also says there is no RV or trailer parking. That means a rental RV for Coachella goes to an off-site location, like a nearby RV park or private property, not the festival grounds.

Stagecoach: Stagecoach has its own festival-run RV sites (sold separately by the festival). According to the official rules, a delivered RV is only admitted if the person named on the RV-site order is at check-in. Only the RV may go through the check-in tollbooth, and tow vehicles must be unhooked and parked in a separate lot. The festival suggests meeting the delivery driver somewhere else and riding in together. The festival makes these rules, and they can change from year to year.

Delivery to Nearby RV Parks and Private Property

RV parks and campgrounds: Many RV parks and resorts around the Coachella Valley take festival-season reservations, and some offer shuttles. You book and pay for your own site. Tell us the park name and site number, and we'll schedule delivery and setup within the park's rules.

  • Private property: Staying at a friend's home, a rental property or other private land? We deliver there too. Hookups vary by location.

  • Plan early: Festival weekends book up fast for both RV sites and delivery dates.

Delivery covers travel trailers and fifth wheels only. Our Class C motorhome is pickup only.
